North America Central School Bus is led by an experienced senior management team that is customer focused in delivering customized solutions that meet the needs of your community. The primary purpose of our Corporate Office and Executive team is to support the needs of our external and internal customers.
Our organizational structure is simple, yet effective. North America Central School Bus has three operating regions: Gateway, Mid-State and the Great Lakes Region. Each Region has a Regional Operations Manager responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations in that Region. Additionally, Regions are staffed with functional experts in the areas of safety, maintenance, finance, driver training and recruiting to ensure support of our local operations thus creating superior customer service.
Locally, each Manager is empowered to make decisions that ensure safety and customer satisfaction. These managers report directly to the Regional Operation Managers, who report to the Executive team.

Doing Business As
Each of our school bus companies are collectively held and operate under the umbrella of North America Central School Bus. As the 4th largest bus company in the nation, North America Central School Bus serves over 120 school districts from 46 facilities located in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Massachusetts and Idaho.
Informally, many customers and employees refer to us as “Illinois Central School Bus” based upon our roots in Illinois and our Corporate office located in Joliet, just 45 miles outside of Chicago, Illinois.
