Administers various leave programs, benefits offerings, and HR related initiatives including medical leave, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, Life Insurance, 401K, STD/LTD, ADA, and all other leaves and benefits. Analyzes leave and benefit claims or requests, assists managers in the development of alternate work arrangements or coordination of coverage, and manages employee return to service or separation. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws/regulations, along with applicable company policies. Coordinates all staff hiring and assists field locations with recruitment efforts and reporting.
The Corporate HR Manager creates positive business relationships with Corporate Directors, Regional Operations Managers, Contract Managers, Regional Managers, Trainers, Drivers, Monitors, Technicians, and other employees to drive initiatives to recruit and retain talent, create a training and development environment, and promote a culture of employee engagement and positive employee relations.
Drives core HR processes including labor requirements and reporting, HR-related training, onboarding, and strategies to reduce employee turnover and improve the employee experience. Specific areas of assisting field operations include employee relations, organizational development, performance management, training, special projects, and EEO, ADA, and ADEA compliance, diversity, and recordkeeping.
